Bobsmyth, my & wife I-485 started at vermont service center and got approved from seattle, WA, so its mean we both have two "A" files, they already transferred my wife case. You think they waiting on my Name check ? Should I wait a few more days?

aqi, I think there is no exact time for getting IL after received YL and some time even people get YL after they received their IL. It also depend on DO and some other facts like Name Check completion....etc. Hope we all get soon our IL.

Thanks for the reply, actually my question was how to proof 3-months Connecticut resident for her before she applied N-400, we came in MAY 2009. BTW- she got YL in which USCIS is asking either DL or State ID.

Jackolantern, I have question last year I moved from Texas and got my Connecticut Driver License, but my wife was expecting a baby and didn't get a chance to apply for DL or CT ID, if we show hospital record or child birth certificate, Is that will be enough to proof that she was here with me...

rps57, I & my wife both done our FP at New Rochelle, NY. I am not sure about Hartford, CT, you can try and they may ask you, why you want to do this early so just give them a valid reason. Good Luck!

Hi Sree, thanks for the response, I called FBI after few days of my FP done and they sent the result next day to USCIS, but I think that is different than Name Check.

Please response if anyone knows 1) Does USCIS will wait for my "Name Check" to be cleared before they send me Interview Letter? 2) Also, when the Name Check process Start?
