In my experience at the Peace Bridge, i was in front of the officer for less than 5 minutes, they asked if I had a degree, which I do not, but I satisfy the experience requirement. The entire expericence was professional and quick.

Found the answer this question which is 15 calander days after receipt of the I907

Does anyone have any idea how long premium processing would take if the I907 is submitted after I129 was received (my notice date is June 27 on I797c)?

Take this for what it is worth, I just spoke with national call center and they advised me that my notice of action for VCS with a receipt date of june 27th would take at least another 2 months, until the end November according to the customer service person that I spoke with.
