Thank you for your comments. My EB2 I140 is based on labor certification, which was approved. My EB1-OR I140 got RFE recently. I am thinking to respond because the I485 belonging to it was submitted 8 months earlier than the second I485.
I filed petitions through EB2 and EB1 separately. For each category, I submit one I-485 concurrently with I-140. I was told by my friend that CIS only accepts one I-485 and will bullify the 2nd one. Can anybody comment on this issue? The problem is my EB2 I140 is approved and if CIS nullify...
I do not have a copy of my lab certificate. My lawyer takes care of it. I only recall the lab certificate was submitted on Nov. 2003 and approved on 8/06/2004.

My I-140/485 (EB2) were submitted to NSC on August (RD: 8/31/04). I have not received finger print notice yet. Is this normal? What happens?
From this forum appears everybody got their finger print notice within two months after submission.
