I have a question related to L1 & H1B visa. One of my friend entered USA in June 2005 on L1 visa and and he changed to H1B visa in Oct 2007. Now my question is how many years he has on H1B visa? will the 6 year count start from June 2005 (or) from Oct 2007?:confused:
