    Submit I765 in Person in local INS office

    My local INS office has a notice that we can(/must) submit I765 in person on every Tuesday. Does it mean that I can get the EAD the same day? or just submit? I've applying renewed EAD for long time and still waiting. I just wonder if I could go to my local INS office for a quick one. Thanks.
