? i did my fp last 03/25/09...still havent received anything since then....does it take time to get the IL?

i know and I DID...i just said, here in the FORUM SUMMARY i didnt include all my trips..again in the FORUM not on the N400.

Radni i said I DIDNT MENTION that trip in the SHORT SUMMARY for this forum BUT it is in the N400 application.

I had a lawyer and he was the one who put me in this mess...he told me to apply and i applied too early.... i know the reason why i was denied...i just find it confusing how they give two very different reasons in the LETTER that does not make sense.

yup, i my priority date is 02/27...did my fingerprinting yesterday 03/25...

how soon after FP i just did my fingerprinting yesterday. is there like an estimate on how soon the interview letter follows? i just want to be sure because my case is being processed at the san bernardino office and they have a history of sending my mails to the wrong address..hehe

i already reapplied...i just received denial letter last friday...but via infopass last month that's the time i found out i was denied and they just told me then that i did not submit enough evidence NOW i got the denial letter and it was with the moral character clause...

i dont have the exact dates right now... here's a summary: i came here in california - APRIL 2004 left country 3 times 2005 - 31 DAYS 2007 - 24 days 2008 - 24 DAYS i didnt add the trips in 2002 and 2003 in the summary because, these were the times i was still going to college.

what i thought was the contradiction was the first part states that the reason i was denied is because of the provision wherein i didnt submit the evidence but then all of a sudden at the end of the letter, they gave me another provision from INA that is completely different from the first...

no...not at all... that's the first thing the guy from USCIS when I called yesterday asked...he even said, its good that i reapplied...

i cant believe im in this position!!!!! if you read the denial letter...first part is understandable but the last part when they threw in the GMC,,, that confused everything! the uscis person i talk to awhile ago did not mention anything about the gmc...he just said, they added that maybe...

also technically they sent the denial letter on a wrong address....

can i just request for an infopass and clarify this mess?before i proceed with anything?

no, i submitted everything on 11/03/08... i have the paper from UPS that it was received in on that day

its too late to get a lawyer on the original application because i reapplied....then im only scheduled for fingerprinting tomorrow...maybe after the interview if there will be a problem im gonna get a lawyer....because the lawyer who advised me got me in this mess the first time...hehehe

bob, im scared now about my reapplication because of the denial letter with the good moral character thing at the end of the letter....

yes, she gave me a paper that on the front it said i passed the civics test but i need to provide some more information and look at the back...at the back the IO checked the box that said need to submit proof of residency in usa and then she handwritten the year- 2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008

it can't be an overseas trip because, i only have 4 trips outside usa and its very clearly stated on application and DO checked every page of my passport..she took time to check that part... i listed everything and after the interview the DO gave me a piece of paper that said i passed interview...
