Initial review
I was able to check my case status online today with receipt # from text msg. I am currently in the "initial review" stage, it states that NOA was sent out on the 8th.
correction: this was a citation for no proof of insurance in 2003, which I was never convicted as I had provided proof of insurance to them and they dismissed the citation(charge).
help!! I called the court for my first "no proof of insurance" ticket, turns out I did have insurance submitted to them in 2004, they recieved it and dismissed the charge. I insisted that she send me certified docs stating that's the case, her response was there was no case and no disposition...

Do I just need proof that I paid these fines, or do I need more than that? they were both under $500. Iam just concerned that they deem it as a "pattern", since it happen twice. Anyone have experienced such as having more than one conviction and still being approved? Also...

thnx bigjoe....should I disclose the one from 2004 as well? its been over 5 years since the first offense, and it doesnt show up on my driving record.
Hi...I was convicted of "no proof of insurance" in 2004. I went to court and was ordered to pay $300. This happened again in 09/2010, but this time I just paid the fine with the citation along with a speeding ticket. I believe they're both misdemeanor convictions, though 5 years have passed...
