    EAD with LC transfer(match) - question

    I got a LC match and am processing my gc with my friend as future emloyer. I filed my I-140 with RD dec 24 -02. I filed my EAD/485 with RD - march 31-03. Is it required that I get my I-140 approved to claim the EAD after 90 days. OR can I go to INS office and claim for EAD after 90 days...
