As per online status my physical card is ordered.

As far i know it is ok to take the the TB test even if she is pregnent. If her OB_GYN gives a letter that it is ok to take all the other tests, then the INS doctors will take the test. If she cannot take the tests, i am not sure how INS will respond.

Finally got it done. They require appt's for each individual in Charlotte. Just carry all the documents mentioned in the approval letter and it took about an hour to get it done. They don't let you in before exactly 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

when we take the appointment with infopass, does it show for what reason we have taken it. If i choose the option of 90 days after applying EAD, then it shows the time. Can i take that and go for stamping ?

My LUD id Dec 22 My PD 1s July 2002. Second FP October 4. I got RFE for medicals and sent it back on Dec 16. LUD changed dec 17, 20, 21, 22. No changes after that yet.

Well said. I do feel the same thing after my mom's extension got denied a couple of weeks ago. At the same time i felt like kicking myself hard for not analyzing these details before i applied for extension. I spoke to atleast 5 diffrent lawyers and guess what, they gave 5 different answers...

All: Does anyone's parents have re-entered USA after their B2 visa extension is denied, using the same B2 multiple entry visa after a period of time (say 2 years) ? This is the case when they stayed after their I-94 expiry till they received the denial letter and if the person leaves...

Did his mom have a multilple entry visa that became void due to overstay ? I spoke to one attorney and they said visa is not cancelled due to overstay less than 180 days. But if you attempt to come back in a short period of time, they might not let you enter the states.

gwwheels did she come third time on B2 ? If she came on B2 was it the same visa or did she get a new visa ?
