Same here hope_success Attorney has initiated inquiry on march 24 on pending 140 and I have seen LUD changes on march 24 and 25.Nothing happened afterwords and waiting goes on. 140 RD is march 2004. I am not sure what to do next ????

Details In TSC it has happened to couple of guys and I am one among them. post more details about your case. I think your 140 might have approved already but online did not got updated. wait for couple of days and they might update online also. Best of Luck.

To saras76 I think I fall under Unneccesary hurdles queue. TSC called for 485 interview before 140 is approved. One more funny thing is TSC transfered 485 to District office before approving 140. Now I here two stories about my 140: 1.TSC says it has transfered to District office. 2.Again...

Here is the answer. between 2 months to INFINITY. It depends on your luck where you fall in between 2 months to Infinity.

I agree with DIGS I agree with DIGS. I have send the renewal of AP(2 nd) to TSC and hoping it will trigger 140.But i was wrong in my assuption. TSC only approved AP and still waiting for 140 approval. Still you can try your luck and you know USCIS is strickly a FATE GAME.
