Now that i inderstand us officials can see when i returned to canada,i would definetely get screwed trying to re enter the usa at the border i guess...or if not the border patrol then i guess the ins would see that i re entered the usa...and if i dont mention that on the 325 form...

i have to renew my cdn drivers license-its been expired for a while and i have to do it now-no exception...and since getting a gc here is not garanteed i dont want to chance not renewing it...i have lived down here for a while and they might reject me for gc.
i cant get my passport renewed in 3 or 4 days and besides if i used a renewed passport to enter canada it might be entered into the system and us officials could see that i had travelled outside the usa.

you have to report it or include the detention...
I got a detention in california same as you and all the lawyers have told me it has to be reported.
INS will know about it anyway since you were booked and fingerprinted you are on file with the DOJ since the booking...

if you are illegal in the usa and get married in the usa and have your interview in the usa they cant kick you out unless they can prove its an arranged marriage,right?
