Hello, I have filed for I-485 and other related forms for my husband in July, 2001. It was done by my agent and I did not receive any approval/denial papers neither did she. It passed six months now. I\'m not sure but maybe is it because me and my husband we moved from NY to NJ in September...

How long does it take for INS to process the forms I-485??? and I-765??? do they have to be send out at the same time? thanks :)))

I sent that form I-765 last year and now on that approval letter I-130 which I received a month ago it says now I can apply for I-485 which I did last year also I don\'t understand this do I have to pay again??? hmmm where should I call to check that out? thank u much for your help
