    I was surprised when I was checking the online case status. "The case has been approved". I think my I140 is approved.Am I correct? It only took about a week or so after I sent my RFE in Jan 30th. So now what should I do? I-485? Good luck! Tony

    After the RFE, the online says "A written decision in this case was mailed on January 31, 2003.". Does that mean that the case was approved or rejected? Why did NSC just say that clearly? Tony

    Q on NIW? Follow up with the NIW, the NSC is indeed processing the applications. I checked the processing time yesterday. NSC is updated to Nov 1 and the NIW is processed to 3/29/02. Does that mean all applications before 3/29/02 have been processed and decision has been made?
