Hi My I-140 and I-485 have the same employer. After 180 days of applying the I-1485 company changed the name. I called up the IIO now and she told me they are still waiting for the directions. what should i do now? regards, Srinu

No Title what is the justification? Are they getting revenge on us by delaying out process. But i think this is very unlikely in countries like US!

No Title I am in the same boat buddy. But mine was on hold for company name change. I think the hold was lifted now.
