    Lately we are seeing a lot of postings claiming July\'01 RD approvals. When checked the past postings, see no previous records. July approvals look too good to be true!

    Number of applications varies month to month I don\'t intend to discourge anyone here, but the number of applications in and around June-July 2001 were high due to changes in law. I guess June-July cases will take a lot of resources at INS.

    I would say Oct \'02 is realistic. Eventhough you see a lot of postings, either they are hoax or just lucky ones. Everyone doesn\'t win a lottery!

    It is EAD, Yes you can change but need to inform INS The so-called temporary GC is EAD which lets you & spouse work. You still need to have the sponsoring job to get a GC. You can change job with similar job specs but it would be good to go thru a lawyer as the word \'similar\' is tricky to...

    Should we carry original I-485 receipt? Is it required to have or carry original I-485 receipt? Mine is with the lawyer!

    My friend\'s attorny told him that you can file I-485 in any of the INS (Local) and can speed-up the process. Particularly useful for EAD& AP extension. Any comments from experts?
