Not really! Even July RDs are not reliable. I hope June\'s are somewhat real. August could be atleast mid Apr to begin.

Better to renew. Go to your country embassy Check with your community. Most countries have embassies in major cities. Better to have a valid passport (6months) for stamping. It may be possible to get renewal quickly.

Approval or RFE will be the next I don\'t see any other step after INS receives the FP results.

You will get RFE If medical report is not enclosed with I-485 application, you will not get approved. They will send out RFE to that effect.

What if a job offer not paying same salary? I have job offer (same work, probably same desk but thru a contractor company doing business with previous employer). Salary is less by about 10% (Strange but true).
