Using AP does not void your H1 Last year I used my AP to re-enter the US. When I came back my company had to file an amendment, which brought me back to H1 status. Thanks Narayanan

Any special to be done? I have a similar situation as yours. Do you have to do anything special (like filing separate documents) to get back to your H1B status after you re-enter in AP? Thanks Narayanan
