I read some where that EB1 cases are handeled by limited number of agents which causes the delay. I do not know but it seems VA is very slow for I140 as I do not see any activity in this forum. Oh.

As per my understanding, even you will use AP and will not use EAD you status in US will be same as H1B. Traveling with H1B has less hassel then AP ie what I feel but not my att.
