    Dack25, Can you change your employer after filing I485 (concurrent)? I485 is taking so long and it will be disastrous for me to stick with the same employer for years to come. Do you know whether one can change an employer after EAD? Pl reply if you know the answer.:confused:

    YJ140, Me too. According to the processing times VSC is in June 2002. How come yours has not come in then? Has your lawyer launched an inquiery? I was just surfing other threads and I came across one that said his I140 was rejected because he did not answer to RFE which he never recd.
