longwaitgcca, Was your lawyer saying that USCIS approved many I485 without looking into I140 at all, or that I140 were actually approved but not properly registered. Did USCIS actually revoke the "false" I485 approvals? thanks.

The LUD of my I140 (RD May 2003) and I485 were changed today but still the same old messages. Does it mean anything other than my cases are being touched? How long does it usually take to see the processing results updated after such LUD change? Thanks.
