I just heard from my In-laws that they got visa issued. Don't know how long is the visa valid or any other details. so i guess it doesn't hurt to put wife name in i-134 sectoin 10.

I guess it depends on whether it's a multiple or single entry visa. if it's a multiple visa, they can come but the immigration officer might question why they want to come again so soon after leaving. be prepared with good answer(you already said emergency) and proof to back it up.. sorry, I...

why do you want to go back with old employer when you have a job and paycheck with new employer. if i were you i'd just hire an attorney. use AC21 and reply to RFE

it doesn't mean anything my friend. you got receipt because they cashed out your check. i got receipt on 10/7/02 and i'm still waiting for my EAD.

i don't see any problem you could send the information now or wait and send the info in may. btw, what is the reason for RFE? what does it ask for? without knowing that info, it's hard to answer you question.

I also tried to get iEAD prior to 90 days but was turned back at the initial screening. Wait till 90 days from RD and it'll be a smooth process. btw, Is this a first time or a renewal of EAD?
