No welcome letter, no Green card yet We arrived about 27 days ago, we have still not received our welcome letter nor greencards. We had to apply for our SSN. SSN received after 7 days. I thought the welcome letter will be sent with the greencard. :)

I'm a DV2008 winner. My address has also changed. I'll be traveling in January 2009. Can I change my address at POE?

Yes, you can open the Affidavit of Support letter/form. There is nothing wrong with that.

Your Administrative Processing may take between 1 month to 10 months or more! So beware. The problem is, it's too late to reschedule your appointment. I wish you all the best. :)

You can still go for the interview but they will put you on 'administrative processing' and ask you to submit the police certificate later. Explain your problem and tell them you will get the PC in 2 weeks time.
