Anahit yes the Acrobat Reader 7 does not allow you to save the PDF Documents not only this any documents but Acrobat 7.0 Professional will allow you to save the files

Yes it does i downloaded the form from USCIS.gov and filled the first page and remaning pages filled automatically and also the one you reported about the checkbox not getting filled properly is working fine for me.

Anahit i am using 7.0 Professional and it worked fine for me. May be there is a bug in 6.0 Professional.
