By the rule, it should be same but it isnt. I was told by some well knowledgeble people in this field that !-140 with 485 process faster,becoz of EAD and Advance Parol approval. but there is no way to double check or confirm. So we are trying to bring CP people together to keep a track of it...

Hi , Need a help. If there is a small gap in the job say leave without pay for a month or more will this adversely affect CP interview .. i mean i am with contarctor and sometimes we have to be on bench without project, that time we have to be on LWP. SO is CP ok with this type of job Or...
