Hi talli Sure you need to take your kid for Finger Printing, its just photo and one finger for your Plastic card.

Check the code in the notice it must be code-2. your earlier FP code most probably was code-1. (check if you keep a copy) These days new FP notices are code 3 (that is Code1 + code2 : simple math :) ) So they will just take your picture and one finger print.

Dont worry i got FP notice 8 months after submitting 485. They will send you notice when they are ready to approve your case. just relax

Hi Mentu I recieved FP notice for me and wife earlier and did FP on march 2. this monday (march 21 ) recieved for my kid. Plan to do early, if the officer allows it.
