Service Request I called service center today... My case is pending due to background check delay from FBI.. Wrote a letter to local senator and opened a service request at USCIS. Now will wait as usual for another 60 days... anything else I can do ?

Call service center..sometime they give the info. repeat the same till you get the answer

I think it is 485 RD as USCIS accepted your 485 but better to calculate from Sep. for your safety. You never know, what uscis will interpret !!
