It took a week for me to receive the RFE by mail from the date the system said it had sent one when I got a RFE request about a year ago.

I had three fingerprints. There was a LUD after he first two. Nothing happened after the third one. It looks like LUD changes are random.

Take a infopass and visit the local USCIS. That's how I found out I was stcuk in the name check a couple of years ago. Good luck

I opened a SR on August 12, 2007. I received a response on September 10 stating that Awaiting Assignment to an Officer. I am also Awaiting. Does this mean that name check is complete?
