I hope so! I called up the Congressman and senator's office around 2 weeks back and gave them the necessary details via Fax. After that they send and email inquiry to the center and in about a week or two they get the response. BTW, do you know what is the so-called 'examinations section'?

Which category is your EB? I am sure you NC has been cleared, which you have confirmed from multiple IOs. I noted that your PD is '05. But, whether you need to be concerned or not depends on which EB and country category you below to.

I presume it could mean two things. I believe that once they get the background check results, they do some internal check review. THis could be one.
