RD: Feb 14th (EAC-02-130) I have a very good offer and had to join that company in November. I have seen some Feb cases got approved and keeping that in mind how safe is it to join the other company. Are there any particular rules that we cannot join other company immly after your approval ...

The H4 Status and the Visa expired Two Months back and in between I have changed the company. can you pleae tell me what to do in this scenario. Can I apply for new H4s for the kids or do they have to go out of country as they were out of status for two months.

EAD renewal rd: 12/24/2002 nd: 01/15/2003 This case has been approved. On February 23, 2003, an approval notice was mailed.
