Many local INS accept EAD apply/renew. If so, send your application to your local INS instead of sending to NSC center. I sent my EAD application to local INS on 12/18/02 and got the card this morning (01/23/03).

I think it's true. If you are in Ohio, you will know that is a big and decent law firm. I don't think they post fake information just for attracting potential customers because they already have good reputation and don't need to do so.
