My understanding is that your salary must be at least the rate mentioned in the labor certification doc. if it is below there is certainly grounds for the application to be turned down. if you change jobs make sure you at least match the labor cert salary, and have a similar/same job...

I was told to take my AP, passport and EAD. in the event the INS only looked at the AP and passort. it was very quick. I went through the US residents line (very quick) and was then sent to the INS room. you dont need to wait in the non-us resident line which is usually very very long at sfo.
