    No Title I am explaining the second part of my logic again. Once the applications are sorted they are assigned in lots(stacks) to different Officers. The officers do not sort again within their pile. So Naturally people with later dates will get processed if they are on top of the pile...

    No Title According to my knowledge INS sort the applications according to the priority date with in the month they are processing. So if they are processing Oct 99 cases then the people with earliest priority dates usually get their FP\'s first. But again once they sort the applications...
