    My I-485 is approved. RD 09/99, ND 10/04/99, FP: 03/10/01, EB2-INDIA-PD:12/98. RFE generated on 03/28/01 for last 3 pay stubs and W2/2000. RFE replied on 04/04/01 and received by INS on 04/09/01 as per AVM. Approved Just Now. What a relief! I don\'t know what to do with my new found freedom...

    No Title Hey Mera, My RFE was generated on March 28 according to the AVM. I have got a call from lawyer on 3rd April. Don\'t know when the lawer exactly received it. But lawyer promptly replied on the same day.

    RD 09/99, ND 10/99, FP 03/10, PD 12/98-EB2. Just got a call from my lawyer\'s office that RFE has been received. INS asked for last 3 pay stubs, W2 for 2000 and NO employment letter? AVM not updated yet. It still says your I 485 application was received .. blah blah yada yada

    No Title Hi Mera It\'s me Ravi. I just got a call from my lawyer that they have received RFE for my case. They have requested last 3 pay stubs, and W2 for 2000. The lawyer said that they did n\'t ask for employment letter. My details RD 09/99, ND 10/99 FP 03/10/01, EB2-12/98
