Question here is : Person is maintaining his H1-B status by working Full Time. EAD will be used for working some other job as a Part time.
So it's not like that person is on H1-B since he is maintaining his status ?
You mean to say if person uses his EAD...
1. Is it possible to work full time on H1-B and part time on EAD for any kind of job (other than for which I-485 is pending) at same time ?
2. If answer is yes, then would be possible to apply for H4 visa for dependent in future considering that person keep working full time on H1-b ...

I spoke to my lawyer last Friday and according to her
(1) She has to be physically present in the US to qualify for I-485. She has to get her medical done and sign the form and then she can leave.
(2) But she doesn't need any non immigrant...
