Can somebody help as to what\'s going on with my I140?
I-140 RFE Hi Lava, Looks like we both are in the same boat. Even my case got rejected recently after I replied the RFE in Oct 2001.I am not planning to appeal anymore as there is no point waiting for another 6 months. Instead I think it will be a good to apply another under EB3. You...- Nell

Current I-94 expired.. Hi Jim: I am also in a similar situation wherein my recent I-94 expired as of October 1, 2001 but my I-797 is valid until 2003. Could you please send me a copy of the "Aytes memo" to venki_nb@hotmail.com. Would it help if I go to the POE and explain the problem...- Nell
