Hi Friends, My company processing my GC upto I-140 clearence.Affter that they are not ready to pay the money.They said total amount is $6000/- for GC whole process.But they paid $3000/- and the remaining amount i am going to pay that our lawyer. I have my I-140 and DOL cerificate approval...

Hello Friends, I got GC last month. I don’t have job right now. But my company is not paying bench salary .They are not supporting even family Medical. So can i go for Unemployment benefit and apply now. Is it any effect to my GC? Please respond ASAP. Thanks
