No Title It is really a surprise answer. The reason I had this question is because my RD is dated on 06/99 (well, I sent out I-485 on 08/99, I do not know why dated on 06/99 in recept, but the RD in AVM is 09/99, just one day ahead of ND, INS really confuses me),and my my ND is 09/99.
