Hi Guys.. my case is transferred from Delaware to Philly DOL on 28th of August 2003....its a EB2-RIR case...please add this information to the tracker... thanx in advance....:)

thanks kishu....but my doubt still is....... since my attorney did'nt receive any mail confirmation from SESA .....how do I verify that my case actually did move to Federal ?? :confused:

Hey Darth_vader.....I agree with ya...go ahead and do whatever it takes...data would be more meaningful that way...:) Also guys....I spoke to my attorney's secretary and acoording to her mine was approved from state and moved over to philly dol on 21st of August...but she said they haven't...

Thanks Kishu.... Although I have been writing and talkin to my attorney on regular basis but getting the same reply all the time...i.e. "No body picks up the phone at SESA..so we dont know the status of your application...once we hear anything from SESA...ll let you know.." now I am not sure...

Hey decastod, I am getting the same reply from my lawyer...mine was filed on 11th Nov. 2002....still no update from SESA or lawyer...whenver i speak to my lawyer he says they haven't heard anything from SESA about my case...i donno what the hell is going on ?? :confused: can anybody throw...

Hey Guys... I am new to the forum....great info indeed...mine was filed on 11th Nov. 2002 EB2-RIR.....please someone update the tracker..... I spoke to my lawyer last week and he said that he hasn't heard anything from DE SESA...he heard that some of the cases filed in 1st week of november has...
