I think you can, I had one transfers going and then I had another one started with myconsoft and got the approval in 2 months. I also got the approval from my previous application, interesting both approvals came in a span of 15 days.

Just forget to mention, I was able to get a copy of my work experience from India. Just an advise, If you need work experience certificate ask your previous company politely and most fo the time they provide you. Hoping to get my GC soon.
