RFE was for my wife's I-485. Birth certificate and Letter from employer of primary applicant to prove petitioner is still offering the job.

Congratulations !! Which means CSC is awake and processing the case. I was expecting lots of approvals today like last Monday, but looks like there is none expect yours. Anyways lets wait for the magic emails :)

As per the postings in this forum majority of the LUD implied RFE after 10-15 days of LUD. Most of us had a LUD during first and second week of May. So we will know our fate by next week. If not anyways we are eligible to initiate an inquiry about our cases. Lets hope for the best !!

Many of us had LUD on I-140 during May 2nd week and few of you got I140 approved. But for rest of us there is no change afterwards. Is it a sign of RFE being issued for rest of those cases ?
