    I-485 was approved on 12/15/04 I-140 was approved on 12/6/04. Received approval emailS of I-485 (MYSELF AND MY WIFE) at 6pm 12/15. Thanks God!!! This site is really helpful for past days!Good luck to everyone!

    I am in the same boat My EB3 I140 was approved on 12/6/04. I filed I140/I485 cocurrently on 12/15/03. I485 LUD is still shown on 10/27/04 which I believe it is due to mess update. We are in the same boat. Hope we can receive I485 approval soon!
