    No Title stav, As soon as your friend uses AP, he will lose non-immigrant status so his H1 will become invalid and he can only work on EAD then. He needs to be very careful about that. He better travel on H1 and not on AP.

    No Title whatthehell, Good you are IIO\'s who dont mind you calling them every week. I was told last week by a rude IIO not to call and wait for a communication from them. Infact I called them after 2 weeks (earlier call on 6/6)

    No Title I think they record as much information as they want: I called up an IIO on a particular date and had some discussion. When I called up later, a different IIO mentioned my previous conversation almost verbatim with date and previous IIO\'s gender (he/she).
