No Title Debo_nair, that is not the scheduled FP right, As I remember your schedule date for FP is 4/18 or 4/17 because Mine was 4/18.

I have 485 pending with CSC. but I got AP and EAD. I read JIT report for 5/25 and i lost my hope getting 485 approved within 1 or 2 months, I dont know how long it will take now. my question is, How long one can go out of US on AP ? my attorney told me only 2 to 4 weeks, is it true...

No Title Debo, My wac# is found and same message from last 15 to 20 days. Last I called IIO and without giving my A#, she told me the status of FP and she told my FP\'s are good but still I got the notice from local INS. debo yours and mine all dates are same. thanks.

Hello Guys, rd-2/8, nd-3/8, wac#-01-124-xxxxx I did FP on 4/18. called FBI said they send my FP on 4/18 to INS. called IIO he said my FP looks good. And I dont know why they send me the second notice for FP ? Any input on this please post?

No Title when did you get this message "your case is received on ...., it takes 999 days..." the day they assign your case to IIO or before assigned to IIO ? And what is this message means "your case is received on ...., it takes 999 days..." , they already assign to IIO...

No Title does it change after some decision or all the time it say "your case is in adjusticate, it take 975to 999 days blah blah " till you get your approval ?
