Seems so ..... looking at Rupnet So looks like only 50 % (approx) of June '01 cases have been approved. Also, 25 % of the total cases have RFE's (mine being one of them) and a majority of them are also awaiting approval. Our RFE response was received by NSC on July 16th - no updates since.
