If checks are cashed yet, how come your 140 has RD & ND? Did you get the Recipt for your 140? Was yours EB1 /Eb2? a bit confusing.

This is quiet interesting. May be you can cross check with the recipt numbers that are there on your check. Did you happen to writre your own checks?

Congrats Babu75 ! Even My papers reaced on 09/28 11AM. Still I dont see my checks cleared. Do you have any idea when the checks have been posted. I mean if you look at the check image it should be there onthe back of it. Hope i am not asking too much. Congrats once again.

I think when you are filing concurrently,you should file 140 & 485 to the Service center where your employer is located irrespective of where you live. So filing in VSC when living in FL does not really matter if your emplyoer is located in VSC vecinity.

VSC guys do stupid mistakes like this. They wouldnot even care, that tey are playing with people's lives. Mine was sent back on Sep 22nd with the reason like G28 was not original. My papers went on Sep 14th initially. They would not have to send back papers for that reason. They can always put...

G28 issues at VSC LC on 07/29 140/485 filed at VSC on Sept 14. Papers have returned to me Sept 24 saying G28 (fax copy)was not original or the Attorney/Petitioner signature is not original. My attorney says thats how he applied for the rest of the people. They all got the receipts...
