Hi guys :   My AVM message changed to approved with an approval on Feb 10th. Can anybody tell me how much time does it take for the approval letter ? Also, do both the attorney and I get a copy ? EB3 PD 9/96 ND 8/99 RD 9/99

Hello :  You say that after RFE response it takes about 14 days to process. The AVM though says we have received your RFE response and it will take about 180 ( yes 180 - no typo ) days to process Is this a common message and is the approval usually faster ? Thanks

No Title RFE was received in early Jan 2001 ( not sure of the actual date ) . Response was sent back very soon within a few days. INS updated the response received message only on Feb 3.

Hi   My attorney received RFI for I797 copies. I do not recall anybody on this board getting this sort of RFI. It is always paystubs or W-2s. Please let me know if anybody has gotten something like this. RD Aug 99 ND Sep 99 PD Oct 96 EB3

Got FP notice dated Aug 14 for late Aug 1999 RD and mid Sep 1999 ND.

Just want to inform the people expecting FP for Sep and Oct RD from VSC. I have a RD of late Aug and ND Mid September and am still waiting for FP. The IIO said that it may take upto TWO months for me to get the FP. Anybody else with the same experience or am I alone in this predicament.

No Title What regression are you talking about? The dates for EB3-India moved forward by a week. Did the IIO talk about future regressions?
