I paid $50 towards FP on March 10 for my Kid who turned 14 during the GC process. No news from INS (or BCIS) yet.

1. Passport with original I-94 2. Approval Notice 3. EAD (if you have one) 4. AP (if you have one) 5. 2 ADIT style photographs 6. I-89 (not sure about the number) with fingerprint. This is available on the premises. Plan on arriving very early. They run out of tickets by 9AM. Best of luck
