Could you please tell me if Last Updated Date has anything to do with the approval? Does any body got approved without LUD changed? For my EAD and AP LUD was changed a week before they were approved. So, could you share your experience with 485?

hmcis, Did u faxed/mailed a letter requesting another FP?? As per this forum members, it should help quite a bit. Try it out............God only knows these TSC people work logic/order. did u talked with ur lawyer? What does he say? I am pretty sure they will have other sources to talk with...

LongGC! I saw two messages for my EAD approval too. But one of them was approval and other one was about mailig the card. So, its one approval but different states.(One shows approval, after few days other message shows they ordered the card).

saikripa! Congratulations! What is point in approving AP? they just can approve 485 and leave AP. Anyway after approving 485 AP is no longer valid.
