Vinnu's ND is inconsistent with others Guys, Someone on this forum showed the break down of EAC number and it really worked for me. According to that genius, 12/13/2002 ND should have EAC no. as EAC-02-062 and for each working day add 1 to 062 to get your first few digits of EAC number...

No it's not right Oct cases are being approved now, so its taking about 15 months for them to get GC. As INS would keep on clearing the backlog, this delay would become narrower and narrower and after few month it would be as normal as it was. Think positive ;) --urgentgc

All the approvals we have seen so far are either RFE or the transfer cases. We have not see a single clean approval case so far. We should be happy atleast there are some movements, INS is working for sometime in a day if not overtime :) I am having a feeling that they would work on backlog...
