It seems so unreal that all these Jul, Aug, Sep and Oct filers are still waiting with no end in sight. I wonder how many people with RDs from before July are no longer even trying to get on and check to see what is happening. They've just gotten used to the wait so they don't even check aymore.

EAD Approved Finally, just heard on the AVM that my Ead was approved 1/14. RD 11/5 ND 12/6 AP Approved 12/14 EAD Approved 1/14 My husband filed at the same time with all other information being the same, but his EAD is still not approved.

I started the LC process in Mar 2000 and filed for the I-485 on Nov 5, 2001 (ND). The only place I see a priority date is on my Fingerprint Notice and that had the PD as Nov 5, 2001. Is it not supposed to be the date you start the LC process? or atleast LC approval?
